great base for exploring parks and vibrant local spots

I loved how close this place is to the Malecon Boardwalk and Las Glorias Beach, making my city walks more enjoyable and relaxing while soaking up the local vibe. the bar on the top floor was also a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The ocean view from our room was stunning, and the rooftop bar had amazing views! The pool area was relaxing, and the daily evening shows were a lot of fun.

The resort's lush tropical gardens and clean, well-maintained pathways made it easy to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the charming Mexican architecture, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.

More accessible seating near the beach would be helpful.

The seasonal vegetables at the buffet were a fresh delight, and I loved discovering the local tacos at Tacos Mar y Tierra nearby—so authentically tasty! The staff were really nice, and the beach view room gave us a great slice of paradise.

The rooms were clean, but we didn't have a fridge as expected.

We enjoyed our stay with five kids, especially during our visit to the Historic Center of Puerto Vallarta, where we took a free guided tour and explored the vibrant local culture. The pool area was fantastic, and the staff at the swim-up bar were incredibly friendly and attentive.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the resort. It would be great to have a dedicated area for children to play and explore safely.

The King Room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The furnishings were a bit sparse, though—no bedside lamps and not enough seating. I liked how the room felt, but it could have used a bit more comfort to really enjoy it. Overall, decent for the price.

The suite was a sweet surprise with two bathrooms, which was super handy for our morning routines! We loved hanging out by the outdoor pool and enjoyed the lively karaoke nights. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our overall fun. 🎤
